The diagnostic request asks for contact, organization, role, problem category, urgency, timeframe, and engagement-readiness information. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, protected health information, confidential client documents, or other sensitive records through the public form.

Purpose

Submitted information is used to understand the request, route the inquiry, prepare a response, and identify the most useful way to begin the conversation.

Field Notes subscriptions

If you subscribe to Field Notes, Vidalion records the email address and basic referral source needed to deliver requested operating notes, position papers, and research updates. You may request removal from the list at any time. A subscription does not enroll you in a client engagement or authorize publication of information about you or your organization.

Data discipline

Vidalion should retain inquiry information only as long as required for legitimate business, recordkeeping, security, or legal needs. Access should be limited to people responsible for evaluating or responding to the request.

Research and publication

A diagnostic request does not authorize Vidalion to publish the organization’s identity, problem, documents, or results. Any future research or evidence publication requires an appropriate confidentiality and permission review.

Analytics

The site is structured to measure important actions such as diagnostic requests, Field Notes subscriptions, method exploration, and insight engagement. Any production analytics provider should be documented here before it is activated.
